When you submit an enquiry form on this website I collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided) and any message you send. I do not collect payment information.
I process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interests, specifically responding to a request you have initiated. I do not use any analytics cookies, so no consent-based processing applies to this site.
I use your information solely to respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about vocal coaching or live music booking. I will not sell, share or pass your data to any third party for marketing purposes.
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies and no cookie banner is required.
Performance videos on this site are hosted on YouTube. Thumbnails and titles are shown directly on the page, and no connection is made to YouTube until you choose to click and play a video. Only at that point does a YouTube player load, which may set its own cookies and collect data according to Google's privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy. This is a deliberate action on your part rather than something that happens automatically when you visit the page, so no separate cookie consent is required for browsing this site.
My contact forms are powered by Resend, who handle the delivery of form submission notifications on my behalf. Their privacy policy is available at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
I use Cloudflare Turnstile on my contact forms to protect against spam and automated bot submissions. Turnstile may process certain technical data including your IP address and browser information to determine whether a submission is from a human or a bot. Enquiry data is retained for up to 2 years, after which it is deleted unless an ongoing booking or coaching relationship requires otherwise.

I take reasonable steps to protect your data. This website is served over HTTPS and form data is transmitted securely via Cloudflare and Resend.
